Modoryx Go

Universal Deep Linking for Android & iOS

What is Modoryx Go?

Modoryx Go creates one universal link that works everywhere: it opens your app if installed, or routes users to the correct store if not — while preserving your campaign parameters even after installation.

Developer setup — step by step

iOS support is planned and will be added in a future release.

This section describes everything a developer needs in order to make Modoryx links work (auto-open + post-install parameters).

1️⃣ Create your app in Modoryx

2️⃣ Verify your domain (auto-open)

Create folder on your domain:

/.well-known/

Android: assetlinks.json

https://YOUR_DOMAIN/.well-known/assetlinks.json

iOS: apple-app-site-association

https://YOUR_DOMAIN/.well-known/apple-app-site-association

Rules:

3️⃣ Android: enable App Links

Edit: android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml

Add this inside your main activity:

<intent-filter android:autoVerify="true">
      <action android:name="android.intent.action.VIEW" />
      <category android:name="android.intent.category.DEFAULT" />
      <category android:name="android.intent.category.BROWSABLE" />
      <data
        android:scheme="https"
        android:host="YOUR_DOMAIN" />
    </intent-filter>

    <intent-filter>
      <action android:name="android.intent.action.VIEW" />
      <category android:name="android.intent.category.DEFAULT" />
      <category android:name="android.intent.category.BROWSABLE" />
      <data android:scheme="YOUR_SCHEME" />
    </intent-filter>

No extra Java/Kotlin code is required.

4️⃣ Install SDK in your app

npm i modoryx-go

5️⃣ Initialize Modoryx

Call on startup (for example in app.component.ts):

await Modoryx.init()

6️⃣ Read deep-link parameters

Use anywhere:

const data = await Modoryx.getLinkData()

Example data:

{ "domain": "test", "invite": "ABC123" }

7️⃣ Use your universal links

Share this everywhere:

https://go.modoryx.com/<APP_ID>/open?domain=test&invite=ABC123
